WHAT COUNTRIES DO YOU SHIP TO?
Currently we only ship in Canada.
HOW DOES YOUR FREE
SHIPPING PROMOTION WORK?
All orders totaling $99 (before taxes) or more qualify for the Free Standard Shipping Promotion. The terms and conditions of this promotion are outlined below:
1. If available, free standard shipping promotion applies to shipping and handling expenses on orders over the specified amount of the promotion. Promotion only applies to the order subtotal, excluding sales tax.
2. Free standard shipping promotion only applies to standard shipping.
3. Orders must ship to a single address.
4. Free standard shipping promotion is not valid if items in an order are canceled, bringing the subtotal below the specific amount of the promotion.
5. Promotion not valid for cash or cash equivalent or towards previous purchases.
6. Black Knight reserves the right to change or discontinue the free standard shipping promotion at any time without notice.
CAN I SHIP MY ORDER TO MULTIPLE ADDRESSES?
No, we currently do not offer the option of shipping items within the same order to multiple addresses. All orders must ship to a single address. If you require shipment to multiple destinations you must place a unique order for each shipping destination.
We want you to be fully satisfied with every item that you purchase from Black Knight. If you are not satisfied with your Black Knight order, you can request a return for eligible items within 45 days of purchase for a full refund of the purchase price. Original shipping and handling fees will not be refunded.
Returned items must be unused and in the original packaging. If your Black Knight items are returned in damaged condition, with missing parts, or have signs of abuse, Black Knight has the right to refuse a refund.
HOW DO I RETURN AN ORDER?
Item(s) you wish to return please contact firstname.lastname@example.org for assistance for your return shipping label(s).
Once the shipping label is received via email, please print the shipping label and packing slip. Place your item(s) and the packing slip inside the original box/container your item(s)came in. Mark out any older addresses and barcodes. Tape up your package and affix your shipping label to the outside. Drop off at your nearest UPS location. Once it ships, use the link in your confirmation email to track its progress.
Once the package is received back to our warehouse, a refund for the returned item(s) will be issued to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
PRODUCT DAMAGED IN TRANSIT
If the product is damaged in transit due to shipper neglect, please contact us immediately. To return a product damaged in transit, either refuse the package(s) or contact us at email@example.com
Restocking and shipping fee where applicable.
Clearance Items are Final Sale.
Any sale refunds will be a Store Credit only.
