Meet Jun Dionisio, a competitive pickleball player for nearly 4 years, with previous experience in competitive badminton, recreational tennis, and ping pong. Jun is one of the first in Brantford to achieve a National Coaching Certification Program from Pickleball Canada and is working on becoming a Certified Rating Specialist.

Jun was introduced to Pickleball at the Dufferin Park in Brantford during the pandemic when he returned to playing tennis. Jun has since played in a variety of competitive tournaments in nearby cities with recent success in 4.0+ levels. While playing competitively, he has been helping to coordinate organized games i.e. ladder, level play, group drills and tournaments. Jun has spearheaded the formation and affiliation of Pickleball Brantford Club with Pickleball Ontario and Pickleball Canada in 2023.
