At 56 cm (22") the 3256 JR provides a perfect starting point for the youngest beginners, ideally for kids 4-7 years old. Studies have established that young players learn faster with shortened racquets. When the time is right, the transition from a junior racquet to a standard-length racquet is made easily and quickly, and the superior technique learned with the short racquet is retained.
