Smash Pickleball London Grand Opening

Black Knight had an absolute blast last weekend at the grand opening of Smash in London, Ontario!

Hundreds of pickleballers gathered to celebrate.

The atmosphere was electric—a perfect mix of competition and camaraderie, just the way we like it. From top-ranked Senior Female Player Lee Whitwell showing off her skills and giving fans the chance to hit with her! to a live performance of the Smash theme song by a local rapper, the day was packed with excitement.

Players were greeted by the friendly Smash team and immediately drawn into the on-site Smash Pickleball Store, stocked with all the gear any player could need—including some of our favourite Black Knight paddles, of course!

The facility has 9 stunning indoor courts surrounded by a mezzanine and a bar/food area, it's the perfect setup for non-stop play and plenty of socializing.

The energy on and off the courts was infectious.

On top of all the fun, Smash is making moves, with many future franchisees in attendance, eager to see what’s next. With their expansion plans across Canada (Collingwood, you're next!), we can’t wait to see this community grow even more.
